The rough idea is to build a basement with living space at the front and about 100 sqm of living space on top. The basement is to be dug into the slope in order to keep the excavation as minimal as possible.

But in my opinion, it is difficult to find the right "entry point."
Many can cut into the slope and remove 3,000 cubic meters of soil in order to build on the flat.
