Our 3 garden boundary areas are fully covered with 2-3 meter deep hedges/bushes/trees. On one hand great privacy screening and nice to look at, on the other hand this makes the already small plot even tighter. We plan to at least trim them (if possible) or remove them completely. What do you think?
We want to keep the pear tree. Great shade provider for the garden and the kids can climb on it later.
No, the fence will of course be removed during construction and our terrace will be installed there. The green strip is just not planted, etc., the adjacent field will then be used as a garden or flowering meadow, and behind the field is the country road leading to the village.
Since the surveying office did not accept my staking out (it would not have resulted in a rectangle on the cadastral map), the planned 700 sqm became almost 1200 :-( (bad for the development costs)
The mayor and the surveyor seem to be working hand in hand? Or is the surveyor really too stupid to measure an angle?
