yes or a general contractor who builds hillside houses. You need a residential basement. No more square meters than you need. If you add 100 sqm for building services, fitness, storage room underneath, it gets expensive. Get rid of a city villa with an attached garage.

Thank you. Corresponding appointments have already been planned.

Fortunately, I don't have to get rid of anything because I haven't committed to that yet.

I agree with the basement; it just has to be 100% ensured that it is watertight. That is no problem, as long as there is no botched work (damaged wall, faulty drainage, etc.).

And as you already say - maybe a small living space for home office / child's room with a window to the front and a technical room.

complete living spaces. downstairs we have an all-purpose room, entrance, guest WC, and building services

The back wall is the belt-and-suspenders solution. White wall, sealed black on the outside, drainage and gravel between the wall and the slope

The architect must, of course, deal with the site. Go to someone who already has hangar experience and above all is interested in you and your project, not just your money.

wow, nice view. What immediately caught my attention, however, is that photovoltaic panels are installed on almost every roof. Is there local funding for that or is it an eco showcase village?
