On the topic of the property: I was very lucky to be allowed to carve out a piece from a 40,000 sqm field of the parental farm. Building with a special permit was somewhat more time-consuming but ultimately doable. The property is now located somewhat outside the village center. Since the surveying office did not accept my staking out (it would not have resulted in a rectangle on the cadastral plan), the planned 700 sqm became nearly 1200 :-( (bad for the development costs) View from south to NW

To find our property, we met one weekend with the mayor. He personally showed us on site what the municipality had in stock. The right one was not among them. So we placed an ad in the community newsletter. Then our previous owner got in touch. When I received the first photos by email, my heart immediately started beating faster... and when the location was right too, we had found our property!
