Two semi-detached houses? - so 11 m width per half?

The other plot to the left is a bit larger (330m²),
but narrower in the front and wider in the back and a corner plot.
I find it somewhat nicer, but somehow didn’t have a choice.
To the north, by the way, there is a (presumably little frequented)
pedestrian and bicycle path.

Here is mine.
We shared, my (front) half goes approximately up to the end of the shed next to the garage.
Any existing structure will be torn down...

Any inventory will be demolished...

But you can still use the pool

Yes, theoretically. But personally, it’s too big for me. I briefly considered using it as a cistern and burying it (there’s also a short thread about it here) but in the end it would have been far too complicated. The demolition contractors who came to inspect also joked that water should be put in there so they can refresh themselves first. It will most likely all start in the summer...
