I personally do not like the accentuation of floors. In my opinion, the facade comes alive entirely through the window design and possibly vegetation, such as a garden area that harmoniously fits or supports the facade. What is the intention behind the horizontal hard lines? It somewhat reminds me of noise barriers or oversized halls, which are usually painted lighter towards the top so that they blend into the overall landscape. Otherwise, as one can see quite well in my opinion, a lot can be ruined with color. Some houses can appear cheap with the wrong color. Then the intended "Villa Kunterbunt" is not recognizable. I see it the same way as : less is often more. This also applies to the interior: painting an entire room in a striking desired color usually has a negative effect compared to just accentuating one wall. But: each to their own. I am glad that I do not have to look at some houses with misguided color.
