Show me your facade colors!

A part of me is still toying with the idea of a subtle green tone. The other part definitely wants something neutral because I'm afraid people will get tired of a color - as already mentioned here several times.
With clinker, it was easier; it's simply timelessly beautiful.

We didn't have to decide for long.

The yellow of the house clearly wins because of the shutters :cool:

So why not just use clinker again?

I bought the shutters used in Balingen, so the color was predetermined. And I didn't want to repaint them because they are powder-coated aluminum shutters.

Actually, I also wanted a white roof truss, but the color doesn't last nearly as long. The color I chose has now been on the roof truss for 14 years without any problems.

It lasts forever, even on the weather-exposed side.

Why not simply use clinker bricks again?

It was too expensive and too complicated for us in the southwest. Our construction manager said he would have to bring in people from the north who know how to do it. And the entire wall structure is different in this house. I prefer it when the construction manager can build the way he is used to.
