If only the ZwiDe is color-coded, as in two of the pictures I took, one would, in my opinion, want to anticipate the different discoloration of the facade due to the insulation around the ZwiDe. Because that regularly looks like a dirt streak exactly at that spot on many houses after about 10 years or so.
At any rate, that was explained to me once and I stored it as plausible for my case. Complete floors - well, maybe the builders couldn't agree and split the child in two halves?

Do you mean with monolithic construction?

Yes, especially there, but also with wooden studs or panels, the insulation on the ZwiDe is different than in the wall areas. I don’t know how much noticeable issues develop over time.

I find it interesting how the different colors affect the mood. The sky is quite dull in all the pictures. And only the 1st and 4th houses shine, look bright, cheerful, spread a good mood. The dark gray one seems gloomy, really depressing, it would make me feel depressed.

My parents had a beautiful house. A single-family house from the late 70s, absolute top quality at the time, still usable today... The gable sides are clad in a tasteful medium reddish clinker brick, the eaves sides painted with a slightly yellowish cream tone on the plaster. Friendly and inviting. Now they have painted it in a very dark anthracite according to personal preferences - it is almost black... It looks really awful, does not match the clinker at all, and together with the new plastic windows in standard anthracite, just simply terrible in my eyes. I totally understand you there - I would also become depressed there

That is your feeling.. I prefer light facades with gray areas. I would never paint my house orange or yellow. That somehow feels like the 1970s.
