here completely normal - you can even split it again and put two semi-detached houses on it.
Then it does actually get tight with a detached garage/carport. If you set off to Lübeck, Kiel or Sylt, there are also building plots where you can press your nose against the shop window for 5 minutes for 350€ per square meter. Do you also think those are unsellable?
With all due respect - who are such statements supposed to benefit!? NRW is three times as densely populated as SH and where it costs €350 per qm, there aren't just cows and countryside around, as with you.
so the large plot would be the south garden, the smaller one north, right? Why would a south garden be EXACTLY NO reason to buy a plot? Sun allergy?
South garden is a matter of taste. I have one too, but bought it as an existing property with tall trees. In a new development area, it simply takes 20 years until the shady trees have grown.
