It’s different with us. I handle everything, withdraw money. My wife checks once a month and then I get scolded about what happened to the money.

Sorry stupid women. And I say this to you as a migrant where one always thinks women have even fewer rights. That means women always have to give way at work, have children, earn less money, while the man builds his empire for over 50s. When the children are grown up, he has so much cash to attract the young, money-hungry, cool Bulgarian with his fat bank account and beer belly. That’s why my hair always stands on end that the man is always on the land register and the woman pays rent, pardon, cost contribution. Intercourse is basically prepayment.

But why do women allow themselves to be treated like that? If you can only make ends meet monthly by switching to tax class 3, I can understand that, but otherwise you can stay in tax class IV IV and then look forward to a correspondingly higher refund over the course of the next year.

P.s. very clever ones wait 4 years to submit (Antragsveranlager) and then have their refund interest-bearing at around 16%.

As long as both work full time, marriage would not change anything. With tax classes III/V, after receiving the respective refund, we would pay compensation to the disadvantaged party.

Since there will be no children, the question does not arise. But in that case, another arrangement is more sensible.

A property where only one person is listed in the land register is out of the question.

If only one person were listed in the land register, the only fair thing would be that the other only contributes to incidental costs. Zero rent, zero maintenance. And childcare work should bring money on top. Only THEN could one dispense with the land register.

That's how I see it. Described several times before.

The SK does not matter. NO ONE is ever disadvantaged. If you don't understand that -> tutoring from the tax advisor!

Since I work at the organization that came up with the tax class system, I know that of course, but many people just don't understand it. Then change it to "no one feels disadvantaged"
