Hello everyone.
Finally, the question arises for me:
Many thread starters here in the forum state a net income of 3, 4, 5, or even 6,000 €. Guys, what kind of jobs do you have?
My income is ridiculous compared to that, and I’m not standing behind an assembly line or anything like that.
You are only 25 years old and at the beginning of your career.
So just stay calm.
Very few start directly as factory directors.
Often, double incomes from two people are reported here.
My opinion:
- Property available *Top*
- Favorable rental situation
- Good equity and good savings rate
- From the profession
Continue saving and wait to see how your personal situation develops.
If all that is stable and you want to stay at the place forever:
Then build!
I have been active in the capital market (stock market) for several decades, and your case is one of the typical, albeit human, traps of our brain. The fear of the missed opportunity.
Building just because of that is never a good advisor.
