One could make the wall towards the bottom of the plan only about 100 cm high and execute the REST above with glass. To the left it is already open or glass is also considered as an option. By "Büro" I understand a place to surf, do some official paperwork, etc.

But, as I said .. it's just a first idea ;)

I took up Kerstin's suggestion and rudimentarily moved things around with Paint.

The first thing to clarify would be whether a sanitary shaft including drainage for the parents' area would be possible there.
The advantage would be that everyone would have their privacy:
The parents have their area separated from the children and vice versa.
The workspace is far enough from the open living area to be able to work undisturbed.

I'm not sure if I am interpreting the original poster's picture correctly, but the view over the lake/river would probably be from the left side of the plan, that is from the bedroom, kitchen/dining, and the living room.
Regarding the room layout for children's rooms/offices, one could experiment now and move walls.
What I don't like so much is the small window in the left children's room.

Also a nice idea. ;)

The question is, do you really need the nice view from the bedroom? And, I think a separate parents' area is good, except in the first years of a child's life. I always find it better then if parents/child are a bit closer together. Of course, that's difficult to accommodate in one layout ;).

If I'm just moving things around like now, then I always use Corel Draw.

And now attempt 2 .. both bathrooms together. You could also insert a glass strip at the top of the partition wall between the bathrooms to get some natural light from the main bathroom. However, the bathtub is now back with the parents. Guest room with a sofa bed, also usable as a second TV room.

So, I think it’s a really great idea from how the office is integrated.
Given the depth, there’s no other option but to push rooms into rooms... yesterday I was thinking that the utility room could act as a room divider.
But now I’ve picked up Kerstin’s idea before I tackle the next one (see below)

However, I have serious reservations about the idea that you could just move the windows back and forth however you like.
Or did I somehow miss that the original poster is also the builder???
I myself once moved into a newly built apartment that hadn’t been built yet. You had to accept the external appearance. Not just that... In that respect, I have more or less adopted the planned windows and brought the east windows into alignment as they should probably also face outward.
However, I could imagine that it might be possible to change the windows a bit in the recessed terrace since it does not change the external appearance.
So, I gave the kitchen a terrace door and the bedroom a regular window.
The idea was to be able to nicely use the terrace as a private area in the evening.
But I find the space in the kitchen is not well utilized as a result. I see the kitchen more where the office originally was and where I now have the bedroom. Also, I see the current kitchen nook more as a dining area... hm... but for inspiration, this design should suffice ;)

The exterior walls are too thin in my plan, the interior walls measure 13 cm

;) ... but I'm afraid that way the "master bathroom" will be even smaller than in my versions. Regarding your last words where you see cooking etc. rather, I also find Matte's layout very interesting.
