Exactly, these are the additional works to the works already covered in the construction service description. The construction service description states the following regarding the earthworks:

5 Earthworks
· The topsoil (soil class 1 – 4) will be stripped in the area of the building structure and 2 m around it to a depth of up to 30 cm and stored on the side of the property.
· Any surplus or unsuitable excavated soil, provided it is not used on the property, will be removed at the expense of the clients.
· As part of the earthworks, a fine grading will be carried out to accommodate the thermal slab, and the stainless steel ring earth electrode will also be installed.

Good evening,

I just took a look at our addendum. For the additional excavation, we pay €13.15 per cbm net.

For the construction power box with (de-)installation and 6 months rent, we paid €650 (internet offer). Our construction company wanted €850 for the same service.

We got the standpipe for the construction water directly from the supplier.

Regards,
Marko

What kind of fill material is being used? Are you using RCL1 material? It is cheaper, but usually needs to be approved by the local water authority.

Then I would include the distribution of the excavated material. They do that quickly. Ours simply does it along without charging extra. And the excavated material should also be compacted to be stable.
Since I am paranoid (just because I am paranoid doesn't mean I'm not being followed), I also had the exact compaction degree and the note recorded that work will be done according to the soil report.

: Thanks for your feedback on the costs. The excavation seems to be reasonably priced, but the construction site electricity is quite expensive. I will probably get some alternative offers for that.

: I still need to ask which material will be used. Thanks also for the tip about distributing the excavated material; I will address that directly. I think I can skip the advice about the soil survey since it was also done by the general contractor and he provides a warranty for it.

I would be very grateful for further assessments and a rough price estimate for filling and compacting.

We can only estimate the price range once we know what is being filled. There are huge price variations.

Construction power seems expensive at first. Here you should probably find an electrician yourself. We are now paying 77 euros per month. Delivery, installation, and registration included.

NRW, slightly outside Aachen.
