I believe the current situation does not work in our favor either. I spoke with a window manufacturer. He said that for orders he received in January, he is making around a 10% loss. They will clearly be regained through future orders. Considering the flood disaster, I also do not believe that the price situation will ease again.

The heating engineer's offer, for example, states that the insulation under the underfloor heating, wiring, and supply lines for the air-water heat pump are not included. No idea why something like that is not considered in the tender. The energy consultant says that for KfW55 an additional 2 cm of roof insulation is needed. Smaller trades are still only roughly estimated. The excavation offer states that rock may be charged extra. According to the soil report, there is at least a risk of this.

We have a semi-detached house of almost 110 sqm, garden, 6 sqm utility room and 6 sqm garden shed and we live. We live well and don’t want more sqm. We are 4, so 1 person more.
