Project house construction. What can I finance?

You can see here the partly distorted prices in this forum... By the way, I still stick to keeping the apartment. If you suddenly need money, you can already prepare interim financing. Then the money is available in 2 weeks until the apartment is sold.

Just got an offer for a construction toilet. 20€ per week including cleaning.

It also costs over 500 bucks even for half a year of construction. Are travel kilometers included or is that for free?

There's a huge difference whether I need a toilet for 100€ per week for half a year, ergo 2600€, or as with builders we inquired with for 7 weeks at 20€... Although I am basically grateful for the hint about hidden costs. But 670k for our construction project seems exaggerated to me. We will not go to the architect, it probably won’t be the perfect floor plan, but rather a "standard" house. I don’t think all the other builders lied to me regarding the manufacturer’s cost calculation. We will simply approach our project with a total volume of 500,000€ in the intended way. And I think that, by and large, it will fit even if I don’t calculate everything down to the last detail. If necessary, we’ll sell a part of the land as described... Building land won’t become less, I want to try to keep the large plot.
