I don’t think so, if the company is 70km away and charges 0.80 net from the 21st km, that adds up ;) Or how does the porta-potty industry calculate?

Basically, yes, small stuff also adds up. And if a lot of small stuff is not taken into account, it can become a big pile. But really including every 20-30€ in the list I consider nonsense. Then you should just round up the porta potty generously. But my opinion is: if someone already has toilet, fence, construction power distributor, etc. in their calculation, the deviation should be manageable. If no money has been planned for these items, the disaster is programmed. To get back to the topic. 400k without land is unfortunately not much anymore. In my opinion, it is enough for 140sqm without basement and attic not developed. Standard execution. That works out, everything else is unfortunately no longer realistic, not even with Town & Country :D

But exactly for such small things you plan a buffer, don't you?

If in the end it should fail because of the small things, then in my opinion the entire initial planning was already faulty.

Buffer is buffer. Small fry is small fry.

The small fry comes anyway (machines for in-house work, fuel costs, permits/decisions that you didn’t have in mind, ...).

As a rule, until the end of the construction phase, there is usually only a small double burden and a considerable amount can be paid from the current income.

The electrician of our general contractor was 140km away from us, should I have already included the 280km travel costs in my invoice?

Personally, all this is a bit too detailed for me. But to each their own.
