I think Hausbautraum20 meant when the woman has finished her studies. If not, I would also be open to 1000 more per month :)

We paid the construction company 300k turnkey for 152m². Our outdoor facilities and incidental building costs were also significantly below this, not even half.

You get exactly what you ordered, namely nothing except additional costs, because a lot is missing. I read in almost every item that you have to pay extra. There is also very little electrical work overall. I’m just saying 100€ each for the construction site electricity meter cabinet or portable toilet per week.
