I have the thesis that everything must fit together ... we have a roof with 45 dB, wall with 40 dB, and window with 32 dB ... that was nonsense because at 32 dB, despite a quiet new development area, children etc. are clearly audible ... A window was replaced with 40 dB, big difference ...
I think relying on the architects / developers / GUs is wrong ... then we would have no controlled residential ventilation (no need to do that, we never do) and PUR insulation in the roof above (we are not at the airport ...) ... and we would be very frustrated ... the GU almost always prefers to build with unfilled bricks, from the others a lot falls out ... that helps me nooooot at all that he always builds with that ... you have to inform yourself and everything should fit together ...
Unfortunately, I also don't think asking the neighbors is appropriate ... who admits that what they chose wasn't the best ... very few ...
After all, no one has any serious problems in / with the house .... and then the neighbor empties the dehumidifier outside again ...
