Which hints did you misinterpret in such a way as to now consider this agreed nonsense?
That would automatically lead to thick fortress walls: with the insulation, including finger gaps / air layers, we will hardly be talking about less than ten centimeters, at the same time this rules out the option of facing bricks which costs another nine centimeters, and with insulation on top even the 36.5 cm structural shell thickness is exaggerated. What exact structure does the general contractor recommend?
