The weak point in sound insulation, according to all providers I have contacted so far, are the windows (even with sound insulation class II) and not the masonry. Therefore, they said this comparison is correct but rather academic in terms of relevance.

I find the question more interesting whether one of the two variants keeps the heat out longer / better in summer.

We have now been living in the Poroton single-family house for 4 months.
The thing with the cigarettes is of course complete nonsense.

Nails in Poroton were really a bit problematic in the shell construction phase. Formwork boards, windows, etc. were a bit more difficult to fasten. But that’s not your problem! It was ours, since we did the shell construction, windows, etc. with friends/acquaintances on our own. But it was never so bad that we regretted building with Poroton.

Since the plastering was done, however, we have never again had a problem fastening anything in the wall. I haven’t used a single special anchor yet. Kitchen cabinets etc. hang rock solid.

It is also about soundproofing between the different rooms!

That is an argument. For us, a very important one.

Will the interior walls definitely also be made of Poroton?

For this, a look into the construction specifications is needed in each individual case. There are no walls that are uniformly the same, but the more common case is that the interior walls (of the standard floors) are made of KS; for attics, lightweight walls are almost as common as KS.

The reasons of the builders for their respective preference are usually very trivial: KS allows the interior walls to be built without integration, i.e. also the separation into two work steps; for sloping roofs, some builders prefer working with paneling rather than masonry blocks.
