Well, information is being asked for ... the answer was: take filled ... if you don't listen to it: it is
Just like that

And why filled. I was at the GU today. He said if I live near a railway, the next best from the sound perspective costs an additional €6,000. And that is more than enough.

Village, roosters crowing, church bells, neighbor's circular saw, that's what you want, Berlin couldn't offer you that

Exactly, and birds chirping in the morning. I think sound is also very individual. Some "retirees" are bothered by children's laughter, some find playing children and the resulting noises less disturbing.

I would never build unfilled again and we don't have a village street like you do ... as my predecessor already described: if someone talks/shouts outside you can hear it inside, lawnmowers etc etc ... if you like such noises at 6 am and until 10 pm then go ahead ... to everyone else I recommend the 6K ... feel free to compare the sound insulation measurements and then google what a 5dB difference feels like ... I've never met anyone whose house was too quiet ...

Who should shout at us? We are in the village. You rarely meet anyone there. The PLOT is almost 1,500 sqm and the house will be built about 15m from the property boundary.
