No problem. I'm not here to confirm anything for myself. But to inquire. We are building KFW 55 with the stone. Windows are passive house windows and the general contractor guarantees KFW 55 with monolithic construction. I would only be interested in the sound.

So KfW 55 with the stone is the lower limit I would say. Although KfW55 is only conditionally meaningful. In the end, it's a back-and-forth calculation. The combo of the S9 with passive house windows I find interesting. Energetically you now have a Golf (stone) with a (Porsche). I'm also not a construction expert, sounds a bit strange to me. Sound insulation is also such a thing. The question is later whether the overall concept fits and how your individual perception is. Because if the windows can't do anything, the wall is only conditionally decisive as well. On paper, the sound insulation value is not particularly good in terms of calculation. Yours has about 41 dB. I have a filled one from another manufacturer that has 46 dB. Is sound a topic? Street, train or something similar?

We are not sensitive. The house will be built on the main road (country road) of a village. But it will be set about 15m away from the property boundary. Bedrooms are not planned on the street side.

Well, it is a "good" and not a "best" stone. Standard á la : solid cloth, the residents like it, no innovation award needed.
