Can't you position the garage as a boundary structure directly next to the neighbor's garage? The two windows in the garage are actually not necessary. The entrance to the house would have to be on the narrow side of the house if the garage is moved.

Where do you see size in this house?

Hallways and bedrooms have significantly more square meters than necessary and are huge in relation to the children's rooms. The living area also has relatively a lot of space. For an overall spacious house, not too much, but the spaciousness has not extended to the children's area. If the total size is fixed, a better redistribution should urgently take place.

What does Z1 mean?

since neither the north arrow, site plan, explanations of who is supposed to live there, etc. nor even what you like or where you have doubts or questions.

You have to figure out the north arrow yourself and first rotate the house as it is probably supposed to sit on the plot.

But explanations are still entirely missing.
