Buildings to be constructed for sale on the plotI don't subject my neck to reading the textual specifications across; it would be helpful if you could post them in a readable position. Is there no plan with the building envelope drawn in? Is the access via the street Am Dornbusch? That would mean you block the sunny south side with a garage? Are the children already there or are they still "in planning"? Or are they not planned yet at all and children's room 1 becomes an office and room 2 a guest room? Please also include your personal situation here so that one knows what is important. You are planning more than 20 sqm for the parents' snoring area and dressing room, while the children have just a little more than half that in the rooms where they play, read, do homework, and receive friends. Such small children's rooms can be done in a small house because the building plot or budget does not allow more. But here the children's room is simply inappropriately small in relation to the rest of the house. Much more can certainly be gained for the children; the bathroom and especially the parents' area are planned wastefully. Also please place both children on the sunny southwest or southeast side; that's where they live and need light. Sleeping parents and bathrooms do not necessarily require a south side. Living area much larger than necessary, hallways also far too large with too few possibilities to accommodate coat cupboards there. Slanted corners on the ground floor also reduce this possibility. Overall, there is too little storage space. In the small children's rooms there is hardly room for winter clothing, larger toys, etc. Storage space is always needed especially with children. (Example: child 1 too old for rocking horse, child 2 still too young, rocking horse in the storage room). It is an interesting first approach. However, I would recommend resetting the clocks to zero and reworking room arrangements, room sizes, and garage position.
