...that was not entirely meant seriously either.

Don't always be such a nitpicker, it was about the latter, you know that too.

I just didn't want to be credited with someone else's feathers - I like the term, but it doesn't come from me.

Why misunderstood? – The original poster here asked whether there was interest concerning multi-family house projects exactly in your size range, and in my opinion he could complement optimally: his professional area of expertise is precisely the one in which you are dissatisfied with your builder or his planning style. What humor this would have if he were to read into your thread to see if he can help is beyond me. A multi-family house draftsman from Lower Saxony can quite well help someone in Baden-Württemberg get a leg up. Six hours by highway are just a click on the Internet, so indeed "no boundaries." So maybe win, maybe even win-win, but humor – where??? :-(

Okay, understood from my side. So you didn't make fun of a plan for one or two single-family houses that have nothing to do with my ideas and you simply recommended the planner for a multi-family house. The one who posted a house with a rather strange plan at first.

I'm not looking for a planner, no draftsman, and certainly not one who lives so far away. We would have a planner and draftsman, even an architect. We're just "playing around" with the idea.

Alright then, no joke. Then I'll say "sorry" and mean it.

He explained this peculiarity precisely by saying that otherwise he plans multi-family houses, usually with 4-7 residential units, so fitting your problem like a glove. At least I would try to see if any "synergies" could arise from that. Kostjanix, if that does not turn out to be the case.

My mistake, I suppose. It probably still won't lead to a collaboration, but thanks for the hint

Sorry @11fant, with your frequent posts that are either ironic, just funny, or sometimes nonsensical, it's hard to tell what's meant seriously and what's not. I actually misunderstood one of your posts.

I guess I'm the only one. So I'll gracefully bow out of this thread.
