And what will go into the 4th room on the upper floor when the master bedroom moves downstairs?

The smallest room will then be a guest room/playroom Child 3 is still "on the way," so there will still be a lot of playing

This plan with the "Kinderetage" completely goes wrong in my opinion... So you want to have an 11sqm bedroom in the foreseeable future and your bathroom should become the guest WC? While the children reside upstairs in the palace? I always think it's nice and good to put the children first, but you don't have to degrade yourself to their lackeys, sorry.

I also find the study upstairs very small. Is it only used for the tax declaration or for other things as well?

The shower in the bathroom upstairs seems very small to me. Is it 80x80? If so, I would consider whether it is possible to get a bigger, more modern, "more comfortable" shower size.

You don't have a wardrobe area. I find that more than difficult with 5 people...

I think you have overall very small / little window surfaces. Was that planned consciously?

Even in your second draft, no double bed with wardrobe fits into the potential bedroom on the ground floor.

We sleep in that room and get dressed there – for us the priorities are simply different there. Bigger would of course always be nicer, but at the moment we simply don’t see any possibilities given the available space and we also don’t want to cut back on the living room since we spend most of our time there... and whether we implement it will be looked at, so it’s only an option and an explanation why there is no very small guest room for 1-2 guests per year. We are still thinking about it, the plan sounded good in our minds to have peace down there.

The study upstairs will rather be a "storage room" for the vacuum cleaner, ... so not a room for a home office or similar where real work is done.

We will look at the shower again, it is planned to be walk-in.

You’re right about the cloakroom, it is supposed to be integrated into the utility room and more in the hallway for guests or for everyone’s daily jacket.

We haven’t planned the windows in detail yet, but that will also be added to the "check list."

Yes, the option will probably be harder to implement than expected.... if necessary, we will have to discard the option, then the room could also be reduced in size in favor of, for example, a guest toilet.
