lol In my experience, monument authorities don’t work like that. Ignorant people who want to push their modern plans through by force cannot do that at all. You are also not in the negotiating position for that. I would rather plan so that it looks maximally in conformity with the monument and consider one or two really essential points for a well-founded deviation. Otherwise, they will play hardball very quickly and it will become unpleasant and expensive.

The seller is a former district monument conservator (now state monument conservator) and is pleased that the building is to be meaningfully and more extensively used. I find Katja’s design appealing even without the wide sliding fronts, and plenty of light also comes into the apartment this way.

The draft has great advantages for the MEP planning. Exhaust air kitchen, bathroom, guest bathroom, utility kitchen all on one line and also water/sewage would have short routes. Only the dryer and the dishwasher, which I no longer saw in the bathroom, would have a longer route, but that is just a cold water line and a 50mm pipe.

Since the north side can be seen from the street, I cannot imagine breaking or opening the windows and facade.

All doors would also be possible with a width of 1m for disability-friendly living.

The supports, at least one of which is located in the bedroom, have a distance of 2.80 from the right-hand wall according to the plan. If there is a bed there, as you have arranged it, I see a small problem. You can certainly live with it, but with a disability it is difficult to get to the window side.
That is why I also asked how it is with the bed. There are people who could also imagine a bed against the wall.
