When planning the room and supports, one presumably also has to think about internal insulation. Has anything been planned for that yet?
For the wall dimensions, 10 cm on each side of the exterior wall have already been deducted for 100mm Multipor internal insulation.
Multipor because of possible residual salts in the walls – actually I prefer wood fiber, Multipor always breaks when you exhale too strongly, but on the wall the stuff is stable.
Yep.
But the visualization is also different like the dimension-2D planning. Also corrected in #34. Bad variables for us who think along :(
The measurements drawn in the floor plan in the first post I took from the realtor documents and checked again on site.
Unfortunately, I did not measure the position of the windows again. In my opinion, the position in the sketch in the first post matches reality.
In my first self-drawn floor plan (and the following one) the window unfortunately shifted, it is actually relatively close to the wall to the milk room, I currently do not have a photo of the spot to check. The window above the upper outside door on the left side was also drawn too high. In my latest sketch the windows should be correct again.
Sorry that this causes confusion – I should have measured everything.
The wall to the milk room can therefore be removed and placed about 10, maximum 20 cm further to the left. Whether that helps, I do not know.
Thanks to everyone for all the input, there are great ideas in there. I spoke with the future resident yesterday. She had dinner with a friend who is an architect, and the sketch sheet looked very similar to the suggestion from , with a few changes regarding wishes that neither Katja nor I knew about. With the results from this thread, I also put it on "paper":
The bathroom can also do without a bathtub, because it would only be for the dog anyway; there are plenty of other solutions on the farm that mess up the bathroom less. Instead, it has daylight at the expense of the living room size.
A storage room for small appliances and possibly food is desired; washing machine and dryer can gladly go into the bathroom or also into the storage room.
A fireplace stove is a must (the wallet cries, with 10 m ridge height without an existing chimney flue and necessary outside air intake).
The living room should be separable for possible overnight guests, and she also wants a small desk. For that, the small living room with partition for guests now serves. Either with a double sliding door, if the bags still fit in there, otherwise simply.
The dining area may really be open, also to the hallway. So that you do not enter a dark hallway, although she really liked Katja's double door with glass.
The post has to stand somewhere there, I do not find it too disturbing.
