Just a small remark:
Is the toilet side facing the street? And how high is the window there...
We have it like that too, it doesn't bother me, but visitors are sometimes shocked when you can look out "from the pot"...
However, we haven't moved in yet and the lower part of the window will be frosted with film.

The window opens to the side. Of course, the panes are frosted! I would never think of installing a window next to the pot without frosting – no matter which side the window opens to.

Now you have the tight space between the shower and the sink every time you want to get to the tub:

I stick to my opinion: a 1m wide shower is completely sufficient. By the way, I’m so glad that we have a glass wall for the shower. Everything else feels totally oppressive. I’d rather replace the glass when it’s worn out.

I would also swap the shower and bathtub back again. That way, you have the wet area in front of the shower right at the entrance of the bathroom, meaning everyone has to go through there.

I no longer exchange anything. Shortening the shower would still be possible in the shell construction.

I would make the shower narrower. 1m or max 1.1m, then the passage becomes wider and in my opinion it doesn’t bring any comfort gain if the shower is that wide. If it remains a walk-in shower, I would rather try to make it 20cm longer. Alternatively, you can easily retrofit a glass door if you notice that the bathroom gets flooded every time.
