I would rather provide a large fixed window and a door. How often do you think you would leave the large door open?
As soon as you have insects in the house, you won’t keep it open anymore.

Counterproposal: not a 4m wide lift-and-slide, but a three-part folding sliding door (possibly even to be considered opening outwards). And instead of the floor-to-ceiling window, grant the utility room a side entrance door right away.

Where is the wardrobe planned for you? Next to the staircase in Draft 1? And in Draft 2?

I'm not really comfortable with the folding sliding door. There are dozens of joints on it and the construction still has to slide. Probably hardly any difference in price compared to the lift-and-slide door? A big advantage of course is that the folding sliding door can be opened almost completely. That looks really good, no question. But how often do you do that? The side entrance door in the utility room will be implemented - thanks for that. In front of the stairs as can be seen in the floor plan. Not optimal, since it's somewhat far from the front door. But enough space for a large wardrobe cabinet.

It is actually "only" 3,500 EUR extra for the 4m lift-and-slide door. I was almost surprised, as I had expected more.

Ok, that is really not optimal and you probably don’t want everyone walking through your hallway with their shoes and tracking dirt inside. In the end, you will put the shoes somewhere by E1. The wardrobe is neither optimal at E1 nor at E2. Fundamentally, I also prefer E2!
Is it maybe possible to shift the landing stairs 50cm to the right here? This would mean that the technical room and the bathroom upstairs would become smaller. But you could then make a nice spacious wardrobe (painted in light green) in front of the landing stairs and right by the entrance. I quickly drew this:
