We have 4(!) sqm more living space on the ground floor, a large, open kitchen, a 40 sqm living-dining area, a guest bathroom with shower, and a 12(!) sqm utility room.



On the top floor, we have more space than you (ok, because of a higher knee wall of 1.80m), but here we have accommodated 4 bedrooms (3 children's rooms and 1 master bedroom) and one bathroom. All rooms between 12.5 and 17.8 sqm in size.

Our attic is also not higher than yours, but we simply have much more space in the lower utility room.

Your architect will surely be able to conjure up something for you where you still live generously and yet have space.
