Upstairs is no problem at all, who needs more? That’s exactly the issue with straight stairs, that the hallway then has to be endlessly long (and big).

I would extend the protrusion/bay window in the living room further outward so that a covered terrace can be created to the left of it. In its current form, the protrusion serves no (apart from a questionable aesthetic) function. And, aside from the already mentioned rest, I need to comment again on the bedroom upstairs. At this size, it will be a very tight little chamber. Yes, "we just want to sleep there," but a living room where one might like to retreat is, in my opinion, not the case here. A bed is rather 2.20 m long. So you want to constantly be sprawling around there, and that in a new house where you choose this yourself?

We have now found our suitable floor plans and will clarify them with our architect on Monday. They actually include everything we want. Maybe you also have a few comments on them.

What is your architect for? To clarify your floor plan, wherever you got it from? He is supposed to draw one for you, period! Or do you get your architect for low, free, gratis?
