Cut the cabinet to size? hmm... somehow the measurements tell me something different if you look closely. The electrical cabinet goes into the HAR. Where else? As I said, we are getting a gas condensing boiler with a buffer tank. As far as I know by now, it will also be wall-mounted. The chamber will be a guest or dressing room, since we have only planned for one child. Best regards

Hello,

You are building without a basement and only have a tiny HAR?! Where will all your stuff go? There certainly isn’t enough space in the individual rooms to add large wall wardrobes. And your attic is also quite limited.

I also find the size differences between the children's rooms not very well resolved. Unless you have only one child and the other is the guest room. In that case, I would name it that way.

Good evening,

3.26 sqm will definitely not be enough for the utility room; don’t forget, the plaster thicknesses also have to be deducted!

What confuses me, however, are the window sizes in the attic. What does your architect say about that? To me, they are all too small except for the bedroom, thinking of the rule: ⅛ of the floor area = window size.

Rhenish regards

I’m looking closely at your 2.93. You won’t fit a normal standard cabinet there. If you’re planning your own house, at least one wall should be 3.10.

And where there??? The electrician needs 150cm depth in front of the cabinet to be able to work on it. I don’t see that with you, especially if you want a radiator somewhere there. Sorry, hanging, but there’s not much wall space for hanging either.

Then the space is enough for a guest room (guest upstairs, the WC downstairs...)

Somehow I think you don’t really understand that and are somewhat resistant to advice.

Life doesn’t consist solely of coffee chats in the large living room and a show kitchen. The house you live in should also function in everyday life.
This is now the second floor plan... You want it this way, but you probably won’t read anything different here.

Your guest room will be converted into a junk room, why not – that kind of mess corner is everywhere.

Do you still live with your parents who do the laundry (not meant offensively) – or why don’t you see the deficiency?

Oh right: Shower exit in front of a floor-to-ceiling window is also not so great

2.93 is only up to the chimney. You have to add about 40 cm.
Still, a 3m wardrobe won’t work. You should subtract at least 10 cm at the door and leave quite a bit of space by the window, otherwise the wardrobe will stand in front of the window. Our wardrobe is 65 cm deep, and to me it looks like the window is recessed a maximum of 50 cm from the wall (I can’t get that measurement from the plan)...
