If you are not planning a basement, where will all your things go, such as tools, Christmas decorations, washing machine and dryer, tricycle, stroller, flower pots, ETC.. When you wallpaper or paint a wall, you also need a place for all kinds of tools.
Best regards

As it was explained to us, the plaster is only applied from the outside to the wall and on the inside only a thin layer because it should be a diffusion-open masonry.

finally this was recognized. but as you can see on the floor plan, a 3m wide wardrobe is drawn in there, so I don't understand where the problem is. the window is 70cm away from the wall according to my measurement. and also considered by the architect.

Have you ever lived in a rental apartment? In summer, the laundry goes out to the garden to dry. That’s what it’s for. In winter, there’s plenty of space on the ground floor. That’s how we were all raised in our family. We don’t have to hide anything.
And don’t worry. We’re happy to hear every opinion. But sorry for that now. But a place to dry laundry is no topic for us to get worked up about. (Also not meant meanly) And no, we’ve been washing our own laundry ourselves for a few years now.

Washing machine goes in the utility room as you can see. Dryer, for what? Laundry dries without one and a dryer just consumes huge amounts of electricity. A nice thing in winter, but otherwise not really useful (our opinion). Christmas decorations go in the attic (space available). Stroller goes under the stairs. Tools could be put in the storage room in the hallway... plus we still have a plot of land where a shed is planned. You can put stuff in there too.

Thanks, humi... I really only saw the 2.93
But I wouldn’t have been surprised because of the rest

@Erfurter: everyone is telling you the same thing here... of course, if you specifically plan a spot in the living room for a foldable dryer so that your living room nicely gets humidified by your wet bed linen, then go ahead. There is no need to discuss sense or nonsense here.
