2 doors in the bathroom are as annoying as an airlock at a jeweler. One door is always open and there is always an extra step to take before getting started. This way, the time saved on the route is replaced by the effort of closing doors. Profit = 0.

Here again is the house on the property, it should be about right. I included a kitchen, but I'm not a kitchen planner and the kitchen will certainly not satisfy anyone here. I just put it together because of the size.

About the 2 doors: Isn't it better if I now go from the bedroom through one door into the bathroom, or if that door does not exist, I go through the bedroom door into the hallway and from there through the door into the bathroom? That way I have two doors. My girlfriend and I always close the doors. We don’t have kids yet, but we already find two doors more reasonable. Even if I go directly from the bedroom into the bathroom, I can also go through the second door directly into the hallway. Or am I misunderstanding something now?

You always have to close and reopen two doors at the bathroom door. My children, for example, would surely close both doors, but then only reopen the outer door because it is more convenient. This way, you end up in front of the locked bathroom door and don’t know if it is occupied or if someone just forgot to open the door again.
The kitchen island is too small, so eventually someone will catch a pan handle while passing by.

wow, the kitchen is really a nightmare (sorry), I would properly plan it again if I were you. Waste of space and the cooking area is placed in such a way that anyone walking behind the stub is likely to slip. Corner cabinets are super impractical and also old-fashioned (if you value modern design).

All right, that makes sense to me

I know, I wrote that above, it was just for viewing. Please don’t pay attention to the functionality here, it was purely due to the size and will certainly not be planned in this color

Now less about cabinets etc., but take a look at the room layout. The wall at the bottom of the plan is actually a disguised corridor

Overall, it feels like that in many rooms ... there are many square meters, including in the corridors, but you could probably achieve the same functionality and partly also spaciousness with fewer total square meters.

I’m not sure right now ... when is the architect scheduled?
