OT: Toaster schnitzels are for bachelors...yuck!
Here the man cooks. As is now common in many relationships. Or, modernly, the Thermomix...would fit in the garage.

I find the children's rooms too small. As I have read, you don't have any yet but some are planned. Children nowadays spend much more time in their rooms than before. Currently, we have 10 sqm each in the children's rooms (we are still in our rental apartment). And in my opinion, that is far too little right now. There is a keyboard in one corner, a play crane there, and a dresser, and it already looks cluttered. And when the toys are gone, a bigger bed has to fit in. 15 sqm is just about okay but if you have the chance, make them bigger. Why do you need 20 sqm in the bedroom? You only sleep there, you surely won't spend any other time there.

I am not going to write much about this draft now, to be precise.... two sentences.

You give your children as much space for sleeping and living as you have for sleeping yourself, the cars get 100 sqm and the granny flat with 60 sqm is also included, so everything is actually clear to me.

Don't get me wrong, I don't find 14 sqm too small, but the ratio of the individual positions is not right, and by that I absolutely do not mean together.

so I have to say that my children don't need much space in their rooms at all, since they spend 99% of the time lying on the bed (with their phone, laptop, etc.). My son even keeps the roller shutter down all day because otherwise, with the southwest window, it is too bright for him. In our newly planned house, he is even a little annoyed that he is now getting two windows.

Best regards
Sabine

One of our children's rooms faces NE and the other SW... they are also different sizes.... I wonder if our children argue all day??
In the end, the blind is always down in one room because the sun shines on it, and in the other, you are woken up by the sun rising from the sea... provided the blind is up.

The bathroom also faces NE, looking at the sunrise from the shower = priceless
