Opinion on various prefabricated house providers desired

We recently bought a plot of land and now want to build a house. We want to look at several providers and get quotes. We have appointments with Schwörerhaus, Okal Haus, Weberhaus and Bien-Zenker. Does anyone have experience with these providers and can recommend one of them?

With the mentioned manufacturers, you have chosen ones from the upper segment (except for Bien). The main question is which level of expansion you are aiming for?

I first recommend that you fill out the questionnaire at the top of the floor plan section about you and your property including the development plan, and think about the house. Otherwise, you will only get offers where you will then be clueless as to how to distinguish them meaningfully. Hopefully, the preference for "prefab" house manufacturers does not come from the mistaken hope that this way building is faster or final-price safer (?) – insofar as you are also considering stone house builders, I would add: think away from the nationwide active providers.

Funny. Of the four mentioned, probably everyone would say a different combination of three that the fourth only fits this group to a limited extent.

I have no experience with any of the mentioned, can only say that our direct neighbors live in a very nice Swedish Eksjö prefab house, really all good quality, even wooden aluminum windows as standard.
