The best salesperson is of little use to me. But a bad salesperson drives the customers away beforehand. Even after 2 appointments, I still didn't have the feeling that I had a somewhat reliable estimate of the price that would come my way. Others were clearly better at that. And the poor communication doesn't exactly make you believe that everything will be great in the end. Otherwise, they would certainly have remained in the shortlist for a longer time.
This is not meant to be a plea against Schwörerhaus or anyone else, but I believe many companies underestimate what they lose when they use bad salespeople or commission-based representatives who are only supposed to bring in preliminary contracts as quickly as possible.
But that would only solve the problem on the balance sheet (in the sense of the homonymous patient paper).
Only if you sell off the certificates cheaply or issue too many because you don't want to burden the industry. If you reduce them every year, the emissions will reduce as well. Only that happens where it is overall cheapest to implement, whether that is in airplanes, cars, power plants, or Grandma's oil heating system from 1985.
