Opinion on various prefabricated house providers desired

Did that person build with all of them?
Unfortunately, I have no experience with these companies.
But somehow they all work similarly.

Schwörerhaus, Okal Haus, Weberhaus and Bien-Zenker.

Schwörerhaus has a seam between the plastered floors, you have to like that.
I have already read some good things here about Weberhaus.
A representative from Bien-Zenker once came to our place. He never got back in touch again.
Okal Haus has an interesting house near us, Schwörerhaus as well by the way, which makes both of them nearby and likeable.

What about the search function?

There are also ones without this seam, costs extra but apparently possible. And no, the mentioned TE definitely hasn't tested them all, just assuming that alone.. tsk tsk but he is asking for experiences and has shared these.

I think the topic of wall construction is more confusing. Everyone has the best wall ever, except for the companies that don’t say anything because they just stick Styrofoam on the outside again. Company philosophy is just marketing anyway.

More important is to look at how the individual companies position themselves in the market and to check if you want to build in the same price segment.

A company philosophy (of smaller businesses) can also be no big marketing but rather communication and quality as philosophy! Glossy brochures say nothing about that. But to be able to differentiate that, one simply has to be very reflective, realistic and take time!

And wall constructions are not all the same. The quality differences are enormous! But there also needs to be a willingness to deal with it.
