When using recessed handles, open and close the refrigerator and dishwasher a few times. In our current rental apartment, I can hardly open the dishwasher with one hand.
We have everything without handles and in white high gloss. The important thing is the sunlight (raking light) whether you see fingerprints or not. Matte but really much worse. You have to be careful with the refrigerator and dishwasher. We have a motor in the door of the refrigerator that also opens with push. There are also many dishwashers with automatic doors. The heavy drawers also have an additional motor. Overall, the handleless design is stylish but not very practical because when leaning against it you are very often pushed away by a drawer. Normally it’s style follows function, but sometimes it has to be the other way around ;)
My favorite story about this is how during a power outage no cabinet or drawer in the kitchen could be opened until the electrician fixed the damage the next day.
we also have white matte and handleless. Previously in the old kitchen, high gloss and handleless. We now prefer the matte version. You have to clean both. ;)
So, I'm out of here again, having just received a warning.. References in the forum to other websites are strictly prohibited, so not just links but basically even the suggestion to use Google. Of course, this might now lead to a ban, but well, so be it. This forum is not that important.
I don't quite understand the corpus height utilization. Choosing grip recesses doesn't reduce the height, does it?
The corpus is the same height on the outside, but the usable internal height of the drawers is less. Just google it, then it quickly becomes clear what is meant.
