Alright, I'm the party pooper again: Without measurements, it's hard to say anything. If I draw three tall cabinets in the kitchen, there is hardly any workspace left. The pantry could hardly be passable with, for example, 1.10 rough construction measurement if a shelf is placed lengthwise there. The stairs are just about the minimum size. The desks are not realistic in their size. Bedroom: looks more square than rectangular. 3.30...

Where will the fireplace go?

Draw the floor plan on graph or millimeter paper and your furniture to scale. Best 1:100, 2 squares = 1 meter. And then evaluate the dimensions yourself.

Criticism is good. That’s what I’m here for. We have also created the ground floor with measurements. Hope it is recognizable (outer frame represents the property). Pantry has a depth of 1.2m. Why does the bedroom have to be rectangular? The open kitchen is 13 sqm. Is that enough? We will still speak with the kitchen studio before finalizing.

I didn't write that. But with 3.3x, about 60cm remain on each side. That might already be almost too narrow to sit on the bed. However, measurements are missing, and since every cm counts in the pantry with this room shape, I won't say anything about it (or are you wimps?) That's not the point. Read my post! What kind of sofas did you draw there yourself? They are the size of armchairs.... And where is the fireplace? I wouldn't want to deal with the stairs either. They would have to be way too steep and narrow with such a small stairwell. SH3D lies just as much about the measurements as GUs do with their color floor plans.

As suspected, pantry too narrow, a freezer cannot be opened

I don't like the kitchen at all
Too little kitchenette for the area

The bedroom issue is an important point that we haven't considered before. We have now resized the house. It is now 30 cm wider, which goes directly into the bedroom. This means I now have 3.8m width in the bedroom. This also benefits the kitchen. It is now 30 cm wider as well. In the living area, I still have over 4.8m between the south wall and the north wall. The fireplace should be placed centrally to the right of the living room door. The pantry will stay as it is for now, possibly it will get an additional +10cm later. If necessary, the freezer will be placed at the end wall. However, that is a priority 2 for now.

if you want to realistically depict the ground floor, it works better with the ALNO planner, a kitchen planner, using the V15b.

There should be a sliding door to the kitchen.

The plan is only roughly pushed together, without panels. 210cm distance between the rows would be too much, the kitchen too far into the living area, that doesn’t fit.

the kitchen then looks just like most kitchens in square houses.
