The wind foyer has a clear room height of 2.21. I imagine that to be quite oppressive, especially given the small area. Hopefully, this room height only applies to the wind foyer?

Good point. The clear ceiling height is only 2.21 in the vestibule. I still have to check whether the whole garage can be made a bit higher. However, that could be difficult since I’m building at the boundary and the garage may only be 3m high. The architect will have to look into this again.

I question the basement.
