Good foundation. Two small things: - Access road - is it also possible from the west? If yes, it saves paths and garden space - I would also recommend access to the bedroom through the dressing room. Also an additional door to the bed. - I would not do without the pantry.

Access from the west is unfortunately not possible. The plot is too small for that and I have to keep 5m of storage space in front of the garage.

Yes, I believe that works very well! Everything has been said. One thing I would like to mention, though, is maybe more a matter of taste. I don’t like the bathroom that much. But I find it hard to estimate the dimensions. It seems a bit cramped for a “T”. I also don’t like that the toilet visually takes up most of and almost the best space. Well, depending on priority and duration of stay, maybe that makes sense . The access to the shower seems narrow and the front of the T quite slim. What are the dimensions of the bathroom?

The budget is only for the house without anything else. Plot, outdoor facilities, additional equipment all come on top. Hopefully, it will stay around 5xxx in total.
Double washbasin will definitely be included.
The bathroom will also undergo a thorough "fine-tuning".
