So what can one say?
- As already noted, there are no real questions.
- Info only comes halfway.
- We know almost nothing about the property/location.
- Previous remarks (e.g. garage in thermal envelope) were at least questioned.
- Suggestions regarding the floor plan are also not really accepted.
Why are you actually here?
I'll point out a few more things, then I'm out; I don't see what it would accomplish:
- The house shape brings problems with it. Long stretches, tube-like dressing room, etc.
- The house is planned maximally inefficiently in terms of costs. Believe it or not, if you don't care, that's fine too.
- The orientation is questionable. Due to the boomerang bend, there is little sun in the evening depending on the season. In summer, it sets in the northwest.
- Nothing can be said about the orientation because we don't know the property.
- I cannot understand why on 9000 sqm or 1000 sqm it is placed so awkwardly (the statement that there are forests/meadows somewhere doesn't help me much).
- There are still many small "stumbling blocks" in the floor plan that were hardly addressed (e.g., that it feels like every room has 2 doors upwards), but probably no one really wants to think about it here, because 1. too little info and 2. you (at least to me) don't give the impression that you would be willing to accept criticism.
The building structure and the floor plan are special. That's a matter of taste, completely fine and legitimate, the other thing is that both are so far awkward.
So either you provide a bit more and accept or not. Also fine, then I'll say bye!
