I think a bungalow roof is ugly and I have to rub that in everyone's face.

Thank you very much for your answer. I find it somewhat neglectful to expect the mother to manage with just one room in 300 m2.

I think the whole thing will look very nice. Brick facade with the wide front with the many floor-to-ceiling windows/doors (wood hopefully) I find visually great.
