Regarding the costs once.
Why are high costs assumed.
The house area is like a bungalow with 170 sqm. The garage has 80 sqm.
Whether I insulate the garage with 60mm or 160mm doesn't really make a difference. Brick and stone are probably the price drivers, but these are needed anyway. Plaster surfaces are also the same.
Sure, if I build two stories I reduce the costs. But we don't want that.
The 40-degree angle will not make the roof frame 10,000 euros more expensive now.
I would just be interested in where the whole thing is supposed to become so expensive.
The angle has advantages.
1) When you go through the hallway into the kitchen, you can look directly outside through the window but are not standing right in front of the window. 2) The view from the window in the kitchen is directed onto a large meadow, which is nice especially in summer. 3) In the living room, however, I have the view towards the forest and garden.
In addition, I find the areas also divided.
Left bedroom / bathroom area. It is separated by a door. So even if guests are there, the area is private. The mother's room could also be a sewing room.
Through the hallway then the living area.
Right garage.
