If more than 2 people are supposed to live here, I would redesign the parent/child/mother area. There is clearly a lack of privacy separation there, which causes discomfort in the long run. The room with 4.46 m² for the guests is probably a WC?

Good evening first of all and welcome to the forum. You are in a hurry, so am I. What is the question? I haven’t found it. Whole sentences that show respect, unfortunately not either. There should be enough time for that! Are you in the right subforum? Bye-bye

So on the topic of mother.
My mother will not move in there, it is an "emergency" room. Nothing more, nothing less.

Already stated above.

Thanks :)

It will be 270m².
If I build a bungalow with 160m² and a double garage, I probably end up at the same.

Yes, that saves space. Otherwise, we would need one more room.
OK, one could take the "mother" room.

Gardening. With 9000m² you really need something :)

Let's see. I think we will save quite a bit through doing work ourselves.
We will do the masonry (not facing brick), heating and electrical work ourselves, .....

What can I say :) But see above.

The room is used 99% by us.

That simply results from the fact that it is a hallway.
I wouldn't know how to do it differently. Besides, I don't think it's bad *mmmh*

That way we have a great view of forest and meadows ;)

If a child comes, a corresponding room will be made on the upper floor. But we will stay as two. Yes, small guest WC with shower.

The path from the entrance to the bedroom reminds me of my time in the Bundeswehr. Do you also hang fire buckets on the walls?

Apart from that: were there actually any concrete questions about this floor plan? As already mentioned here, it is *very* special and anything but economical, and as so often, you should first at least roughly define your budget – even if it says that comes later. There is always a limit, and for this project it must be quite high – whether you do the work yourself or not.
