I would try to design mother/child/whatever as a separate area.
For me, the parent area is a
So on the topic of mother.
My mother will not move in there, it is an "emergency" room. Nothing more, nothing less.
Where do the stairs lead?
Already stated above.
Welcome to the forum.
Thanks :)
I like unconventional floor plans, but when you fold it out straight you roughly have 33 m x 9 m footprint of the house: 300m² (garage, storage room and hobby room in thermal envelope)! Intense.
It will be 270m².
If I build a bungalow with 160m² and a double garage, I probably end up at the same.
Long walking distances required. Sure you want your walk-in closet in a hallway?
Yes, that saves space. Otherwise, we would need one more room.
OK, one could take the "mother" room.
Out of curiosity: what is your hobby in the hobby room?
Gardening. With 9000m² you really need something :)
Well at least it won’t be cheap.
Let's see. I think we will save quite a bit through doing work ourselves.
We will do the masonry (not facing brick), heating and electrical work ourselves, .....
Yes, I can spot a few sins here already ;) Cats have their own garage and more square meters than the mother :D
What can I say :) But see above.
- How often is the guest room mother used? Do you want to share walk-in closet and bathroom there?
The room is used 99% by us.
What kind of tube-shaped walk-in closet is that?
That simply results from the fact that it is a hallway.
I wouldn't know how to do it differently. Besides, I don't think it's bad *mmmh*
- Why the boomerang shape in general? (We already talked about this some time ago @11ant?)
That way we have a great view of forest and meadows ;)
