Generally all the criticism. In terms of size and layout, all the rooms are okay, right? Yes, the children's bathroom is a narrow corridor. Should be glad to have one. The storage room is a narrow corridor, for all I care. Shelves and a cupboard will go on one side, that's it, why does the room have to be rectangular, it's just a storage room.

They will kiss your feet.

In 2018 he already came with somewhat more realistic numbers, but also this megalomaniac "it all fits" attitude. That’s when I thought, all the pills are gone.

Why this statement is still being discussed is beyond me.

You can't help someone with a floor plan and that price expectation anymore...

But it's entertaining all the same. I have to admit that.

Was there something in 2018 as well?

Basic question: If everything is perfect, why do you ask? You write that you want to know if you are overlooking something. But actually, you don't want that. I agree with Pagoni, build your bargain house and that's that.

Because some people need that confirmation. They don't listen, and if they do, only to themselves. They talk everything up positively, have "uproot-trees-it's-all-possible" and "what doesn't work is simply done" hormones inside them.

Maybe I'll go to an architect, express my wishes, and see what comes out of it. I just came up with the floor plan like that, wanted a dining room with a large dining table and a suitably large living room, plus a big kitchen. The rest I somehow built on according to what fits in terms of room size. I will get in touch when the plans have been changed.

But some people here could really save themselves the delusional talk. Just because they can't afford to build bigger. I know people who have almost 100 sqm living/dining room. Just because most here have their standard 40 sqm.
