Honestly, I would be interested in hints about these magazines! Can you name some of them? It’s clear to all of us that there is a sofa in the living room and a bed in the children’s room. However, what is required are CONCRETE dimensions, exactly what one should be able to read on a construction drawing or even a hand-drawn sketch. What is visible is a micro-Tetris object. If you had to redraw it by hand on graph paper, you would notice how error-prone it is. Almost zero that one could do anything with! That seems to me like a unique selling point Exactly the same??? Do you have a picture of it? Certainly not everyone – but some do, or do you think that everyone here except you pulls their pants up with pliers? ....... means what? Means nothing in terms of this new building but nice to know! Then show it if you keep mentioning it, so we can better imagine what nobody has understood so far. Let pictures and detailed information speak. That matters to almost nobody here, another unique selling point or maybe everyone else here is a bit crazy. This hype about light, sun and windows, when there are light switches... I think Bruce Willis said it last before he shot the guy... You obviously are looking for pats on the back for what you posted here and babble a few bits more. These are no infos and no plan with which anyone here could help you, this is a joke on a large scale with crazy wholesaler discounts without the sun. The people here find your posted “Microtetris,” just like the missing descriptions, all completely useless. The following criticisms will hardly be different. I don’t say this to upset you, but to motivate you to read this again with self-criticism and to post something new with a properly dimensioned plan, whereby a scaled drawing on graph paper would be sufficient. Or just build it like that if you like it anyway.

Why haphazardly thrown together? It doesn’t matter if the storage room is narrow or rectangular, 1.8m width is enough. A rectangular bathroom of 3x3m would be okay but 3x4.9m is too narrow? A hallway of 1.5m is okay. At the moment I only have 1.2m.

Your arrogance, with all due respect... laugh... but that doesn't make this drawing of... castle? any better. If you had filled out the questionnaire, maybe there could be some constructive criticism here, but I still don't know what to make of you. Regarding the new development area without floor area ratio etc., your will to simply leave things blank, there's nothing to say about that, but then don't expect any sensible comments either. What I see is not the planning of a single-family house, but something megalomaniacal and senseless. And honestly: your answers are just like the latter mentioned.

You obviously didn’t succeed. I still see something in between and many doors. It all reminds me of a north wing of an old dark manor house, the rooms strung together like pearls... you’re not really into technology, are you? You must see for yourself that the doubled dimensions in the rooms only cause illegibility. Are there any windows offered yet?

So: fill out the questionnaire, add the site plan, and then we can seriously continue here.

So I see. I can’t take anything with me here. I can understand criticism regarding orientation because of the sun and so on from people who care about that, but I don’t care. The hallway, which many find too narrow, I think is fine. I don’t need a huge hallway. Then rooms being mixed together and so on, I just can’t understand that; I have the rooms I want on each floor and that’s it. They are just rectangular rooms. What else is there to do?

yes, the children's bathroom. There will be an 80x80 shower, a washbasin, and a toilet installed.
