New building with approximately 350 sqm of living space

Ok, so a children's room facing east (mostly dark) I don't find so great. But bedroom and dressing room in the warm south. I would swap the orientation there. Site plan so, for example, one can understand how you orient the house on the plot.

I find the hallway downstairs and upstairs quite narrow.

Isn't that concrete?

I’m not talking about the guest WC, but the 16 sqm bathroom, without having overnight guests?

Later maybe just living on the ground floor, separating off the dining room and turning it into a bedroom. It doesn’t hurt to have a bathroom then.

Well, my brother and I also had our children's rooms in the east. And actually in the summer when the sun really shines it was even better. In winter, not so much. You just turn on the light then. I don't understand the hype about the sun at all. I could puke every time the sun shines into my current apartment when I see my glass table in the living room or the windows even though they were cleaned just recently.
A hallway of 1.5m does not feel narrow at all in my opinion.
So if the only criticism is the position of the sun and the narrow hallway, then I am satisfied.

The problem is rather that somehow everything is inappropriate and misshapen. That's not how you build in the 21st century. Naming one or more individual points of criticism doesn't help. Back to start, do not collect 400 marks.

There is actually nothing more to add. It just grates at every nook and cranny. Let's leave the terrace etc. aside. But the interior of the house :-(

What is so bad now?

Actually everything ... The rooms are just thrown together, the storage room and the bathroom are too narrow, the hallway, the orientation, 33sqm bedroom needs to be furnished. It lacks style, it lacks finesse, the size doesn’t come across.
